I'm ok with just working harder to maintain results. Also exploring new places can help, and then just approach more. That's pretty much my solution. Find a better city, and approach more girls and try to slightly improve your approach every time.
I'm improved my look by getting on TRT and putting on about ten pounds of muscle and shedding a bit of fat, the result was that during my last five month trip to Colombia I hooked up with hotter chicas than I ever have and more of them, it was my best year pussy wise. My Spanish continues to improve and I get to know the culture better, there is a direct correlation between this and the success you'll have.
Honestly it isn't that hard either, I like learning Spanish and hitting the gym anyway.
