I just got back from South Africa which has a HIV prevalence rate of 19% in the general population.
I'm guessing that would trigger a heart attack for you.
I wasn't bothered by this, as I never bang without a condom. No matter where I am and no matter who I'm banging. Different strokes and such.
I also have Thailand in my top 3 "next stop" destinations this fall-winter.
