I've tested 5-htp a bit. It definitely helps anxiety and makes you more open. Makes you more sleepy in the evening too.
Not sure about premature ejac but in hindsight, it probably did help prolong the vinegar strokes and gave more opportunity to ease off and extend sessions.
Long term (2-3 months) it made me stop giving a fuck too much at work (noticed myself speaking too openly without needing to) so now I only pop them occasionally when in a rut or vaguely anxious.
