For those of you who don't know, there was this feminist site in Korea called "Megalia." It was a site for radical feminist, where misandry is actively encouraged. Users on the site would post pictures of mutilated male penises, mock male Korean soldiers who were protecting their asses, and try to get porn sites shut down because they were "misogynistic." There was even an incident of female pedophiles describing in detail their desire to assault male children to get back at men over their "obsession" with youth in women. Not making this up, you can look all this up for yourself.
There have other sites that have derived from Megalia, including a site called Womad. The site came under hot water last year after a user on their site admitted to raping an Australian boy. Rather then call the police like any sane human being would do after reading someone confess to child rape, many users on the site actually wrote in support of the confessed child rapist, with some even offering to pay her to watch video of the assault. Again I am not making this up, you can look up this story online. Police in Australia eventually arrested the woman, and some South Korean feminist made tumblr blogs in show of support for her as well as petitions.
Man hating on Womad is so extreme that police in the past have investigated the site because many of their users would advocate killing men in gruesome ways. I think some already mentioned the most recent scandal where a user uploaded a picture of a nude South Korean model. As you can tell, just like in the West, most South Korean feminist are mentally ill who are simply using feminism as a clutch in order to mask their own personal problems.
Thankfully these women remain a fringe group, but man do they really take the whole man hating thing to a next level. Its really strange to me too because Japan on the other hand has a lot of the same problems as South Korea but it is largely feminist free. I wonder why South Korea has been at all East Asian countries the most influenced by feminism? Is it Christianity?
Probably - this fostering of empathy and self-guilt by Christianity can be easily manipulated.
