Don't underestimate some women: they can find out your name via various methods (e.g., google search your whatsapp photo if it's somewhere else on the internet, find our your real name from the hotel staff). And then can file for child support. Yes, it's probably difficult to enforce but do you really want to have this hanging over you for the rest of your life? She can email your wife in 10 or 20 years. Or your boss when you are making a run for partner. Your life might look very different in 20 years.
And of course there's the risk of STDs. If she barebacks with you (a ramdom tourist), she has likely barebacked with dozens of other guys. Do you really want to get AIDS, gonorrhea or chlamydia? Just use a condom man, also prolongs the process so the fun lasts longer.
