The first thing I think about when I hear stories about men getting walked all over is the fact that they have no game. The more you understand social dynamics and implement it more in your day to day life, you will become a totally different person. Some friends will fade, some friends will come forth. I would recommend starting to read books like the mystery method and really understand what S and R value and showing value is all about.... good luck!
