How to deal with woman with baggage. drug and alcohol riddled mom dad and siblings?

this chick is super hot and seems normal. Thing is her family is fuckkkkkked up. moms an alcoholic siblings are all on drugs. parents are seperated. My town doesn't have the best pick of woman lol. But how should I go about dealing with her. we havent kissed yet and she goes ghost for a week at time. But comes back. Is it worth it? I think she might just be a tease.
