I checked out the list and it's a mix of real and mostly ridiculous:

They obviously take it seriously. I wonder what would happen if they found out that Roosh was taking a private jet and flying over British airspace? Would they scramble fighter jets and intercept the flight? I would not put it past them.
But Roosh is in good company:
Martha Stewart, Mike Tyson, Busta Rhymes - big dangers to the country. What did they think would happen? Mike biting someone, Martha Stewart baking a bad cake or Busta Rhymes doing bad rhymes?
Robert Spencer, Julien Blanc and Roosh are obviously either male supremacists (Roosh and Julien) or Islamophobes (Robert Spencer knows Islam better than 99%+ of Imams, but he is a polite intellectual and would never call for any violence).
Guess once you are on that list, then only the Queen or the Rothschilds can get you off the list.
And I would not test the private plane trajectory - they might really scramble combat jets after you.
