That is the opposite of smart. Sure he protects himself from "discrimination" lawsuits —by women. But a man could file one.

The real timebomb he's set up is that he will get set up for a lawsuit by one of those women.

Also, depends on the industry of course, but there's not many industries where women are the tops dogs/most competent. Fashion, maybe?
