A friend of mine has a small business and he has only hired women. There’s not a single man on the payroll. I think it’s smart because it protects him against most discrimination and harassment suits. The only risk is that he himself be accused of harassment but it’s easier to manage. On the upside, women are known to be bad at bargaining for higher wages.
