I think Porn star game is just game with girls who think they have high value. About 15 years ago when I first went to Prague it was the porn capital of Europe and there were dozens of them. The expat guys all knew which bars you could find them in ( I even heard about where to go if you wanted to find them in Budapest). A lot of guys had stories about hooking up with them. Some of them were really young, like starting when they were 18-19 and they usually had boyfriends that did nothing and lived off of them because they were the big money girls in those days. I think their big concern was that if the guy found out it was going to just be pump and dump and if they were famous they had all kinds of guys after them. Nowadays it pays a lot less and in Prague they are getting 6s and 7s rather than 7s, 8s and the occasional 9s like they used to. Maybe Budapest is the biggest European city for that stuff now.
A couple of years ago I was in Mamaia, the Romanian beach resort, rolling solo and I met a girl also solo and we just decided to go drinking together. At one bar it was really crowded and the girl told me she got a Facebook message from the bartender saying go to this place if you want to find the best parties. I asked her if she knew him and she said, everybody knows who i am here because I went out with one famous guy. I didn't believe her but then we met again the next night and in the restaurant the waitress and staff were asking to take her picture so then she told me she was a "porn star". The next day she gave me her facebook and there was a photo of her sitting on my balcony the morning before with tons of likes.
