At 12k a month, this is totally doable, guy understands the culture.
Wouldn't work for me, I don't wear condoms, so this isn't something I'd be into, and you'd have to wear condoms with any girl that agrees to this, but yeah, if you're down with condoms and this kind of lifestyle, this is doable...and an interesting life to live.
