Accomplishments in the last few days:
Weighted Chins for 3 reps with 55 lbs.
Hypers for 3 reps with 325.
Might have to switch to mixed grip or use straps for hypers from here on up, last rep was slipping.
Weight is still fluctuating between 212 and 215.
