It depends on yours goals. For example, are you satisfied with your grades at college? Will it lead to a career that you really want?
If gaming and the time it takes doesn't affect your futures possibilities I'd say why not enjoy it if you have the time?
I'm 31 and I have prestigious but demanding career. I'll never have the time to game anymore like I could during my early twenties.
Also, other goals can be worth pursuing and very satisfying in the long run. For example I've learned to speak fluent russian during my twenties. It took me countless and countless hours to learn it. I would never take that away for any amount/kind of women/sex.
