London has 9 million inhabitans, that's about as much as the entire Sweden. You got women from all over the world there.
If you spend a weekend in London with a longer Tinder session or night out in exclusive clubs you'll be more likely to find and score a 10 than any place in Sweden which much fewer girls around, even though in general of course, most girls you see there will look far prettier on average.
