Outside of this sphere, I dont see alot of guys improving themselfs.

Life for ous men has always been a struggle.
Starvation, war, famin, earthquake.. the list goes on and on. Only 40% of men in history has had the opportunity to pass on their genes.
Now our struggle is a rather covert one.. Comfort. Food that tastes good but is poison, Porn that takes away our sexual energy, entertainment or rather propaganda that makes you think those behaviors are A-OK.
Now is everyone going to find a girl(s) that are up to standards - No.
But you're not everyone are you. Its easy to delve into the bottomless pitt of despair. Whats hard is pulling yourself by your bootsstraps with blood in your mouth and GET AFTER IT
