You can't undo a tattoo, or more importantly, the lifelong psychological issues that lead to a girl getting one.
With a caveat that if by obese we mean girls like the one in the picture above with the ice cream, then, I just refuse to choose.
It's like in Game of Thrones when they asked the guy whether he wanted to lose his tongue or his fingers.
There's just no right answer with those kinds of options.
