I've been on NoFap for over 45 days. My balls are heavy and I'm horny but can't approach. I've not been approaching for a while and I think I got rusty.
I went out today and I couldn't even say shit. I was too paralyzed to utter a damn word. I feel schoolwork has regressed me back to being a beta.
