I have been to several cities in Poland but yet to hit poznan,.. I have found english level quite good in Poland for eastern european standards (probably the best English level on average after Estonia).. iF Poznan follows the Rule...overall something about 6.5-7 from 1-10 ... 10 Being the highest non-native english level, which is usually found in The Netherlands and Scandinavia.
