This deserves a much longer explanation that what i can give right now.
Chasing girls mainly pertains to the my practice of relentlessly pursuing pussy.
To the extent when i would take time off work/leave early to meet them, not eat well or skip eating entirely and skip/miss workouts.
It got very destructive where in i lost jobs, lost muscle mass and ultimately lost part of my mind with this behavior.
