Costa Rica is overflowing with tourists. It may have been good 10-20 years ago, but now I can't say it's that great. The Tica girls are all pretty jaded and unimpressed with gringos.
Guatemala is the easiest place I've been to pick up non-pros. Outside of SE Asia, I've never been eye fucked so much at night. The catch is that the girls here are pretty gross. You'll only see 1-2 bangable girls PER NIGHT. But if you do find them, they're pretty easy to get. Unfortunately, Guatemala is a little dangerous right now since they have elections coming up. Reports of a bunch of tourists stabbed in Antigua a few weeks ago.
