Dont do that, it will most likely not lead to sex, probably just worse confidence.
If you want to approach the girls in the streets, start with baby steps.
At first, just find a girl you find attractive/cute and compliment her.
"Hello, i just wanted to say that i think you are very beautiful, have a good day, bye"
Do that a couple of times until it doesnt scare the crap out of you. Then do the same and take it a bit further. Maybe after you compliment her and she says thank you, you ask her about her day.
Continue to add until you are able to hold a short conversation and then ask for her number.
