Shakira is not white! Shoot, an argument can be made that she's not even Hispanic as her ancestry is 100% middle eastern. As far as tall white girls with big butts go i would try Iceland. I went there couple years back and myself being only 5-9" i saw many girls taller. Also, unlike many rail thin girls I see in EE the one's in Iceland seemed to have some great curves on them.
