In my experience, and what most sex researchers have found according to what I've read, it's easier for otherwise straight women to have sexual experiences with other women. However, their biology tries to dictate to them that they really need dick. A woman's biology makes her feel somewhat depressed every time another ovulation cycle passes without her getting pregnant.
So, women who formally reject mating with men altogether I think usually have a screw loose. They may be higher in testosterone which makes it a little easier for them, but having those ovaries should still be pushing them to have babies. Fighting those instinctual urges, I imagine, probably requires many of them to take copious amounts of anti-depressant medications and otherwise be unpleasant to be around.
