Had a break due to travelling. Had to figure out which shoes to buy as left my weightlifting shoes back at home, thus went for Metcons 4 as proper weightlifting shoes too heavy and taking too much space to carry. Got myself a skipping rope too and a resistance band and BCAA + beta alanine + citrulline, creatine orotate, and whey isolate. Most gyms are geared for folks using machines which are way inferior than barbell/freeweights exercises, thus finding a good gym for olympic/compound exercises not easy.
