Yeah it definitely helps. I get eye-fucked a lot more in places where I'm one of the only white guys (it's true in Chile as well). One night at Bungalow when there were hardly any Gringos there for some reason, I was walking down the stairs and a cute petite girl held eye contact with me and smiled for a good 5 seconds. I walked over and before I could even open my mouth she goes "where are you from?" and from there on a monkey could have done that pickup. Unfortunately I got cockblocked by her sister after we shared a cab home and stopped at my place first. If it hadn't been for the sister that chick would have gotten out at my house and come in for a boning.
