I saw this story in my local newspaper yesterday. The perpetrator was described only as a "homelesss person". Of course I wondered about the race/religionists, but there was absolutely no mention of that.
In other words, "just an unfortunate and completely unexpected and unpredictable crime by a crazy homeless bum."
