Not sure about the last bit but the rest of it is on the money.

Personally I think the only way a woman like that can be "saved" is by being completely dominated in a way that authority figures in first world nations make impossible.

In a place with zero women's rights you could take that woman and tell her she's your property. That she's utterly owned and will be taken care of for the rest of her life. But the caveat (non-negotiable) is that if she steps out of line she's literally going to be horse-whipped and tossed in a dark room for a week.

Utterly unthinkable in modern terms, and yet in my opinion it's the only way you could ever rehabilitate that woman and allow her to lead an optimal life based on the clusterfuck of the one she's led until now, to mention nothing of the lives of those around her she's currently destined to destroy.

Time was, you'd toss her in the most brutally harsh convent you could find and be done with her. Let God and the head-sister purge the devil from her in a place where she can't leverage sex (and/or money in this case) to feed the twisted beast inside her.
