I don't have an answer, unfortunately. But we sorely needed some new blood in this election, and besides Trump it doesn't seems like we're looking at that much of a difference with the previous administrations.

You can doubt whatever you want, but your argument would be stronger if you could name better candidates for each position. Without knowing of better candidates, you're complaining about something which you don't understand (and which may not have a better solution).
