If you are on a limited budget Scandi will DRAIN it...Your best bet is to limit it to no more than two countries as your base of operations to save time, money & get max exposure to getting the most out of each city. Over the last few trips I've been on I've realized how much more I would enjoy myself if I just chilled in one spot for longer...that's how I'm doing my trips for now on if I have the time. Germany and Croatia would be a good mix of countries to check out...Try to stick with the secondary cities & college towns in Germany for the real thing (less immigrants, cheaper, where you will be more exotic).
