I can relate to what he's saying. He probably didn't want this bitch thinking he was some sort of a pushover and therefore he opted to not pay the bitch the 10 dollars in gas. Now, on the other hand, had he negotiated the "deal" , I am sure she would have probably walked the next time around (she lives 10 minutes away)after being fucked senseless for that 10 dollars in gas.
