Interesting. I don't think I've heard that said about Ukraine before. You think a guy in his forties can get a young 7 or 8 in Ukraine fairly easily if he has some cash and intermediate game?
I agree with this. Have a friend who is late 40s and landed a 23 year old 8 in Ukraine. He is very high energy though.
Probably we should stack some cash in LatAm in my 30s and then moving to Ukraine when I hit 40
