Can Red Pillers benefit the world by becoming mental health workers?

There was an earlier thread on neomasculinity as a formal academic discipline & peer reviewed journal, but what about Red Pill clinicians? Could they play a useful role?

Manosphere articles rightly point out that shrinks can do more harm than good. The closest I ever had to a Red Pill shrink was a psychiatrist who would say, "As a young man, you should solve these problems on your own." When pressed, though, he would prescribe antidepressant and anti-anxiety drugs. He didn't actually seem to have any specific, actionable advice on how to be a man, so it was either drugs or nothing.

Maybe it would be beneficial if there were some shrinks out there who would advise guys to, say, start lifting and learning game, rather than resorting to pills. Perhaps more importantly, we need some shrinks who will be able to write forensic evaluation reports that aren't heavily biased by feminism. A lot of times, family and criminal courts will order a man to get evaluated by a shrink to determine what kind of mental health treatment, if any, he needs. An unfavorable report can lead to his getting forced into a lot of expensive programs, or even denied access to his kids.

A lot of times, behavior can be interpreted in more than one way. For example, suppose a man is displeased with his wife's irresponsible behavior, and when he realizes she's unwilling to change, he just starts ignoring her. When she accuses him of being a bad husband, he just remains quiet rather than arguing with her, which he knows would be pointless.

We might call his behavior showing self-respect and setting boundaries, but feminist psychiatrists might view it as imposing a manipulative, emotionally abusive "silent treatment" on her, and say that he needs to complete a Duluth model behavioral intervention program before he can have any contact with his kids. They might say that he needs weekly counseling to hold him accountable and get him to stop rationalizing his controlling behavior. They might diagnose him as a psychopath, or a narcissist, or worse.

The only problem is, shrinks have a strong incentive to diagnose their patients with lots of disorders and recommend treatment that will give them repeat business. For example, making a diagnosis of depression and prescribing antidepressants leads to the patient's making repeat visits for medication management. Men's natural tendency is to be ambitious and do their best to succeed at their careers. Therefore, the masculine Red Piller working in the mental health field will tend to either put himself out of a job (by telling his patients that they don't need a shrink), or pursue success in his profession by playing according to its Blue Pill rules. It will be tempting to sell out his principles in order to put food on the table for his family.

If we aren't going to become Red Pill shrinks, and try to change the profession from within, then we need to effect change by criticizing it from the outside. Shrinks will need to be removed from their prominent role as expert witnesses (aka whores of the court), whose opinions are considered clear and convincing evidence regarding patients' mental health. The DSM's shortcomings as the bible of psychiatry will need to be addressed.

At some point, maybe the script will be flipped, and people who adhere to a Blue Pill way of thinking will be regarded as delusional.
