Keep in mind that the best jobs are never posted but go through connections, yet you see plenty posted here that rake in well north of $600k.

Salaries in Canada may be lower but they're not going to be that much lower since it is (relatively) easy for Canadian trained physicians to practice in the United States, particularly for radiologists.
