Just to give a bit of closure to this, I ended up texting her and getting no reply at all. The next day she comes out with she's actually seeing someone and doesn't like to date coworkers. I had kind of thought that was the case about the boyfriend, but wasn't sure when I asked her. I have kind of a dumb theory about what happened, but it's time to move on to the next, not dwell on it. I'm glad I actually walked up and said something and didn't just let it go, even if it turned out badly.
