If you don´t speak Spanish, forget Central America, the girls are nice and easy, but i think you will have a better time in Asia. I will strongly recommend the Philippines and Cambodia, and let´s not forget Myanmar. Approaching girls are a bit difficult over there, but wow, there are really some beauties up north. Surprisingly many speak at least a bit of English as well.
