I've had a cold, which I tried to chase away with vitamins, exercise and early nights. Instead it's turned into a fucking infection.
I'm working on a novel, working as a freelancer and a barman in the evenings, and I have a focused fitness plan. This was all going well, until now.
So - how do I maximise this time. I find not working out extremely frustrating, but I know logically it's a bad idea plus I feel dreadful.
I have War and Peace and Anna Karenina in the bookcase. Is now a good time to pull them down?
Also, how can I stop this happening again? I eat well, take vitamins, exercise, don't drink to excess. Any other things I can do to not get sick, because I don't have time to spare for being ill.
