Well, yeah. "Exciting and energetic" is not what suburbs are going for. Safe, quiet, friendly. That's what suburbs want. To some extent, the two goals are mutually exclusive. You can't have excitement and safety. You can't have energetic serenity. You have to pick one or the other.
