Have you tried Coconut Oil/MCT oil?

This is what it's done for me:
1) drastically reduced afternoon snacking - I take it mixed in a cup of coffee after lunch - I think it may have been key for me going down one notch on my belt.
2) probably saved my career by preventing mental fatigue/foggy head. I still eventually burn out but it takes 11 months now instead of a few weeks.
3) much better sleep. I used to get up at 3AM thinking it was because I needed to urinate. Now I regularly sleep straight to between 5:30 AM and 7:30 AM depending on the day.

At least in the States coconut oil is dirt cheap and MCT oil is affordable. If it doesn't work for you, use the rest for cooking and never buy it again.
