The hierarchy seems to go something like this:
1. Muslim
2. Gay/transgender
3. Woman
Women are actually at the bottom of the SJW hierarchy (most likely because they aren't actually a "minority"), as proven by the fact that leftists are pushing for "transgendered" men to be able to enter girls' bathrooms.
However "Muslim" still outranks gay and transgender, probably because Muslims are thought of as "brown" people, where as most gays in America are still part of the "white majority". Seems that being thought of as a "brown person" puts you at the top of the SJW hierarchy.
Women are at the bottom of the SJW phenomenon much in the way that the workers and peasants were at the bottom of the hierarchy of the Soviet and Chinese revolutionary movements, which relied on traitors and thugs to do most their important work. Women just happen to be plenty in number and the most easily agitated, controlled (and abused) constituency.
Case in point: that feminist organization in the Ukraine that gets its members to expose themselves in "protest" is actually organized by men.
