I haven't ran since monday cause my foot was starting to hurt a bit, i decided i was gonna go a bit faster on a 5k run today since i was gonna be fresh from the brake. Couldn't run more than 2.5 km at 4:30 min/km pace.
Then i tried intervals for the first time in my life and ended up doing an 89 seconds 400m. I couldn't even finish my second interval cause apparently the garmin starts beeping a few times before you get to the actual 400m.
Running is definitely more difficult than i thought.
