Don't forget São Paulo State, Espirito Santo, Paraná, and Goiás as well. Mato Grosso and Mato Grosso Sul have great talent too. The latter states (Mato and Mato Sul) have a great influx of people from Paraná that moved north for agricultural opportunities mixed with the Pocahontas type beauties from Amazonas.

Good to know Brosemite. I am thinking of going to Cuiaba (Mato Grosso) instead of Campo Grande (Mato Grosso Sul), because the girls there seems more DTF, like in Manaus. And if you are right, about the whiter mix from Parana, than it could be a hidden jewel even better than Manaus.
Belem, due to historical immigration reasons, also seems to have a higher European mix.
But they still don't compare to Manaus, in terms of size, so there wont be as much quantity of 18 to 24 yr. olds.
