Shaming and rigorous training helps.

Congrats man, that is a great story.

Shaming when done for the benefit of the person being shamed and not for the ego of the person who is shaming is such a powerful tool, yet every SJW or wimp doesn't take it well.

I still don't get (this comes from my Oprah rant) - these fatties feel bad they emotional eat, they feel good - healthy at any size, etc. - they still eat. Maybe they just like to eat?

Thank you samsamsam.

When it comes to eating as a fatty, it's a vicious cycle. The people may tell you it's ok but you know deep down in your big gut that in truth - it is not.

It's the whole what women truly want dynamic again. They say they want a steady provider with a nice personality but in reality they long for a badass stud that’d fuck them into next Tuesday and never call again. The same principle applies - people tell you it's ok to eat but are giving you the look. The look of condescension; it's not obvious, but you can feel it.

And you feel pathetic. As much as fatties proclaim to love their bodies on Tumblr as they post their naked pictures in reality most of them feel guilt, shame and pain. I did. And this was before the internet with the whole fat acceptance community thing. You feel different and out of place. We humans are social beings and if there is something that can quietly erode a soul is the notion of being an outcast.

Being fat is not in the nature of Man. And Nature wins every time.

Because you feel pathetic you eat and because you eat you feel pathetic. Shaming is needed in order to smash the fucking cycle of destruction. It acts like a force that catapults you out onto another road which hopefully leads health and happiness. But people have been conditioned to avoid any kind of pain whatsoever.

That is why we are literally drowning in blubber.

Shame and encourage. Shame and encourage is the antidote. I help as much as I can. Being fat... it's just a miserable experience all together. Fuck it.

Romans 8:31 - 'What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?'

My notes.
