As a former HUGE lad, like motherfucking Gabriel Iglesias level 5 – DAMN huge lad I'll just say this:

FUCK OFF with this sanctimonious bullying prevention pretentious bullshit. You are NOT helping kids. People LIKE YOU never HELPED me.



Instead of grabbing my blubber belt while looking me straight in the eye and saying that this is disgusting BUT curable (YES – being FAT and obese IS A DISEASE OF CHOICE) I’ve been shed tears over and fed copious amounts of garbage food that could have been straight white sugar cocaine for how sweet it tasted.

Yet if able I’d rather puke every damn McDonalds burger, ice cream, candy, hot – dog, smoothie, shake, fries etc. for an exchange of a second earlier being able to run with my peers when I was younger.

I couldn’t. I just fucking could not. I tried. The soul was willing but having to run with two sets of spare tires around your waist just does not fucking help.

Like this anti – bullying prevention crap.

What helped? It was my father fucking hitting me for every time I started to whine when he took the time out of his damn busy day to take me hiking. And I deserved. I so deserved it.

And you know what? I shed the pounds like butter that melted under the summer the sun. Then finally I was not left on the bench when we played football or basketball because I was a liability, I got picked because I was an asset to young members of the male pride. It felt FUCKING AWESOME!

Nurturing and sweet words do not help. They are poison to the soul as they are to the body.
Shaming and rigorous training helps.
I am (one of many) the goddamn proof of that.
