A £13 pint of beer at Grünerløkka is some exotic imported brand or some strong local specialty brew, typical price of a normal pint is £7 in that area. A bottle of Bulmer's is typically 100-110 NOK, maybe up to 130 (£12) certain places. A large pizza enough for 2-3 men can be anything from 90 to 300. And the GBP was stronger before brexit so the GBP prices would have been lower back then.
I went to oslo this year, around march. A pint of beer was 13 quid, and a pint bottle of bulmers cider was 15 quid, and a large late-night pizza was close to 20 quid. This was in the grunerlokka area.

Enough about prices now. Oslo is expensive, but for some reason people are always exaggerating.
