I would agree with this statement when it comes to Latinas in the US. I see beta dorky looking White guys with hot Latinas all the time in NY. This also applies to Sistas who are into White guys. However, most of the time when I see an average looking White guy with an Asian chick she looks a mess. The White guys I see with hot Asian girls in NY are in shape, attractive and successful.
