(a) having a strong, confident masculine vibe AND
(b) keeping htem hooked by saying stuff that will build ATTRACTION, QUALIFY, and develop COMFORT.
Its not easy but it can be learned. Start now because it will take a few years of dedicated practice to really get a feel for it. I think you need 1000 approaches just to learn your weaknesses and sticking points. After that you will make adjustments and fine tune.
It sounds like you have done enough studying, now you need to go out and pound the pavement in high traffic zones. This is the hardest part but the most rewarding. Get rejected hundreds of times but learn from each one.
Use canned material if it helps you, eventually you won't need it very much.
Study great speakers, watch them talk, it is an art form.
