What techniques do you guys use to get rid of anxiety or depression without meds?

I always wondered if low levels of it (demotivation not outright depression) cycle in people, especially due to the odd living of computers, screens, cubicles, being alone a lot etc. I think it's all dopamine, serotonin and SSRI theory is (generally) garbage. Any "down" or demotivation I felt is perfectly described by dopamine --- all the way from being awake earlier in the day when getting out of bed or your body saying wake up (when in poorer cycles you sleep in etc) --- to thinking clearly, wanting to do stuff, wanting to talk a lot, getting boners more and fiercely, etc.

This shit is all dopamine.
