They change their mind about lots of things, but usually not who they designate to the friendzone. Your willingness to hang out with her after being assigned this role will also telegraph "beta" to her hindbrain. I suggest you move on. If she contacts you after you've been banging other chicks, then you may have a shot. Otherwise, no.
