What colour is your skin, that's what determines whether you're black or not, dark hair and eyes does not.

Race is about social-perception but also about self Identification, I consider myself black because I am obviously not German or Germanic looking (Dutch/Danes/Swede, etc). I do the same jobs that black people do over here, hence I am Black.
